Our philosophy

At HAKA, we desire to consume tasty and nutritious food every day. And to be honest, we know how challenging this can be. You’re busy, you want to experience and achieve as much as possible. Eating well on top of all that? Good luck!

We make sure that you will dance through your day. By providing you with bold salads, which you can create yourself. And hearty soups full of pure, powerful ingredients that complement each other perfectly. Why not have a tasty, cold-pressed juice from our slow-juicer with that? And what about a guilt-free ‘raw treat’?

Our goal is to offer you a healthy menu, no excuses. And go ahead, feel special! We are 100% gluten-, refined sugar-, lactose-free, and halal. Vegans love us, but if you prefer fish or meat, we’ve got your back too. Many of our products are organic, free-range and sustainable. A light dish or a full meal? At home, in the office or on the go? It’s all up to you!

Reach us on foot during your lunch break. Or stop by on your way home. Are you at the office? Relaxing at home? Just order online and we will take care of the rest.

We put our best foot forward. After you place your order, our fast guys will be using their fixed gear bikes to deliver it to your doorstep. So that you can smoothly move — or dance, if you will — through your day.

10 x Pure

Although 100% pure is utopian, we aim to always keep in mind these then things:

  1. Healthy
  2. Balanced
  3. Homemade
  4. No additives
  5. Seasonal
  6. Local
  7. Long term partners
  8. Organic
  9. Sustainable
  10. Fair trade

Which products are organic and sustainable?

The following products are always organic: agave syrup, appel cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, basmati rice, buckwheat, brown lentils, chia seeds, dates, eggs, chickpeas, coconut cips, coconut flour, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, red quinoa, sesame oil, tofu, wild rice and sunflour seeds. For our veggies and fruits, we visit our local market. Organic depends on supply. We also work together with Eco Revolte. They deliver us ‘saved’ organic veggies and fruits: products that are rejected for consumption, because they look different (think of a curved cucumber), although their quality and taste are of high quality.

Sustainable and free-range

Our cod, salmon and Well Water are sustainable. Our New Zealand lamb is free-range.
